- Read as much as possible: I am not talking about the regular textbooks. You have to read beyond than your horizon. Warren Buffett spends 80% of the time reading. Bill gates reads at least 1 book per week.

2. Stay Fit: Look at the below 2 pictures(Both are famous South Indian actors)

I am not saying only because of fitness they both look drastically different but it is one the major reason. With exercise, food also plays a vital role. I need not tell you what is healthy, you know it better
3. Deep work >>> Distracted work: It essentially means that studying or working 5 hrs with TV on is equal to doing the same for 1 hr without it.

4. Small things matter the most: The 10 min which we waste procrastinating is also very valuable in this competitive world. Just make a time table and stick to it. Elon Musk plans every 5 minutes of his day.

5. Stop thinking and start doing: We tend to think too much about our goals. 70,000 random thoughts come in our mind in a single day according a study. So working is far more important. 90% execution and 10% planning. Not the other way around.
Even I don't follow all these rigorously but I always try to. Rome was not build in a day. Let us try to inculcate all these habits and become happier and successful in life.
